Chintai Partners with Chimera Wealth
Chintai recently formed a strategic partnership with Chimera Wealth, a California-registered investment advisory firm, to streamline internal processes and offer new financial products.
Chintai started as the first DeFi engine for leasing and trading digital assets on the EOS mainnet, and has now evolved into a Singapore-based company that uses blockchain technology to modernise capital markets for asset managers, banks and corporates.
Through the partnership with Chimera Wealth, they will be automating numerous internal processes performed by the fund administrator, as well as planning the issuance of digital assets according to US regulations.

The partnership with Chimera Wealth was announced a few days after the partnership with Bovill, an international regulatory consultancy, with which it will conduct issuance and secondary market transactions on their comprehensive capital markets platform.
