Moran, cofounder of EOSwriter Chinese Site, recently suggested a new proposal on Block Production Diversity. The goal of this proposal is to achieve regional diversity on block production activity by separating current block producer reward into two components.
The proposal intends to choose Block Producers based on world's population allocation in percentage. This would result in the following regional distribution:
#BPs Region 10. Asia. 2. Africa. 3. European Union + Eastern Europe. 3. North America. 2. South America + Central America + The Caribbean.
