Dan Larimer criticized the transition plan for smart contracts between Ethereum 1 and Ethereum 2. He also discussed the utility of EOS.

Dan Larimer stated that EOSIO is far ahead from Ethereum, and that we are already solving problems that they still need to consider. In the last year and a half Block.One has also consistently improved EOSIO's performance. In order to catch up Ethereum would have to improve 200 times compared to its current performances.

Dan announced eosio 3, on which Block.One is already working, and where they will focus on improving RAM scaling. He also teased a possible new feature of eosio according to which it will be possible to implement parallel smart contract executions
