After the news about the SEC waiver for Block. One and the release-candidate of eosio 2, Dan Larimer has come back to be much more active on Twitter, discussing in particular eosio 2, Ethereum 2.0 latest updates, and even eosio 3.
Dan Larimer criticized the transition plan for smart contracts between Ethereum 1 and Ethereum 2. He also discussed the utility of EOS.
Dan Larimer stated that EOSIO is far ahead from Ethereum, and that we are already solving problems that they still need to consider. In the last year and a half Block. One has also consistently improved EOSIO's performance. In order to catch up Ethereum would have to improve 200 times compared to its current performances.
